Hi! I'm Becca
I founded the Wedding Planner Roadmap. I know exactly how it feels to attempt the impossible: creating a wedding planning business from the ground up in a seemingly saturated market.
I have been an expert in wedding planning for over 10 years. I have repeatedly found myself unable to find a specific program designed to give aspiring or newly established wedding planners the exact tools they need to start or restructure their businesses with the right foot forward. So I was left to figure it out myself.
Our industry is not set up to equip these business owners with the guidance they need to build a business understanding who they are meant to serve, how to position themselves as the expert those clients need, and properly book, plan, and execute for their clients all in a manageable, streamlined way. It's sort of been a "well, we all had to figure it out on our own, their turn" mentality. YUCK.
I want to help and I truly, with every bone in my body, believe every single entrepreneur, regardless of experience, deserves a roadmap to success. And I know exactly what that roadmap looks like for wedding planners. Why keep that all to myself? There is undoubtedly more than enough business to go around, don't let anyone convince you otherwise.
I discovered that my true calling was to use what I learned, the good and the bad, over the course of building my own wedding planning business, Becca & Co., and pass that on. And furthermore, to pass it on in a hands on, digestible way.
...and so the Wedding Planner Roadmap was born!

When you sign up to work with me, we’ll start off discussing your goals and where you're currently at in the process. From there, we will develop a plan to move you through the program's steps.

Step 1: Vision + Goal Setting
We'll dive deep into where you're currently at with your business. Then we'll peel back the layers and break down your overall goals and vision.
Step 2: Identifying Your Ideal Client
You’ll learn who you should be serving and the importance of speaking directly into the hearts and minds of your ideal client, while positioning yourself as the expert they need.
Step 3: Crafting (or re-engineering) your offers
We'll get specific on exactly what your services are/should be, how to package them, and reverse engineer your pricing for each one. I will teach you my pricing strategies that guarantee you the profit that you are needing so you can pay yourself a steady paycheck. (And leave that 9-5!)
Step 4: Content That Converts
This is where we'll take what we nail down in steps 1 - 3 and use it to create content that actually brings you business. We'll unpack the sales process that organically stems from that content to bring you a streamlined, predictable way of booking up your calendar with the clients you're best to serve. Oh, and that you LOVE!
Step 5: Sales Process
Here's where we will create a fluid process for both you and your ideal client that not only makes sense, but feels GREAT. Say BUH-bye to sleazy, boring, long-winded sales convos and hello to human connection between you and the ones you're here to help. All while hitting those booking goals!
